Returns and Exchange Policy   by Pedoodles

 

Cheekybubs Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely thrilled with all purchases made through the Cheekybubs Website.  To this end, we warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner, for a period of three (3) months from the original purchase date.  While we reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair.  Simply put, failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty

Returns and Exchanges - PEDOODLES FOOTWEAR

If for some reason the sizing selected is incorrect, then providing that the shoes have not been worn on outside surfaces and are in its original form and able to be resold for retail purposes with original packaging, then we will accept the Exchange within 7 days from the Shipping Date, you must provide a valid Order Number and Email your Exchange Details to sales@cheekybubs.com.au Quoting your Order Reference Number on the Subject  Header and Exchange  " For Example - Order #230  EXCHANGE REQUEST". If the sizing is incorrect you will be responsible for the return Shipment Charges and the Item whilst it is in transit, so we reccommend you obtain Insurance when Shipping the Item Back - All Shipments Need to Be Marked and addressed as follows;

The return shipment of the New Sizing will also be the responsibility of you the consumer, if however the sizing is incorrect based on our reccommendations and the outline drawing provided by you then Cheekybubs will bear the Shipment costs for the New Size.

If for some reason the Item recieved is faulty within (3) Months of the Purchase Date you will need to file a Returns Form, which can be obtained by sending an email to sales@cheekybubs.com.au, please Stipulate Order Number in Subject Line and RETURNS FORM REQUEST, For Example  " Order #230 RETURNS FORM REQUEST". On receipt of your Form we will be in contact with you with respect to Replacement Pairs and OR the Applicable Credits
