To this end, we warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner, for a period of three(3) months from the original purchase date. While we reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair. Simply put, failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty. If for some reason you change your mind or the product was not exactly as what you had expected, we will be more than happy to offer a Credit Note for the Original Purchase Amount less any discounts and vouchers and less the postage fees, within 7 days from the date of despatch.
